It does not matter where the Product Owner or the team is, the role and activities are still the same. Working this way requires some extra effort, thought, and changes to make it work. No matter if it’s only you, the Product Owner, who is remote or if you're working with an off-site team, staying engaged and communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders is key.
