The Agile Product Owner's Podcast

Jul 27, 2016

How do you as a Product Owner, know when a story is done? Really done. How does the team know when to stop? You know when the acceptance criteria have been met for that story. If it’s not done, then the team isn't done. So, make sure you pay special attention to it. In this episode we talk about the particulars around the criteria, what are some better examples, and the real reason they are there. That way when they start walking and talking, you know they are ready.
